The Firm was started in 2012 when Brian N. Poole CPA, MBA purchased a long standing CPA firm located in Denver.
Brian has over 25 years experience in both Public and Private Industry. He has held positions in National Public Accounting Firms in the Audit, Tax and Consulting areas. He has held positons in Industry ranging from Controller to CFO.
It was this experience that he wanted to bring to his own CPA firm and help small companies that need that expertise.
